My Three Sons!!

These are my three busy bodies!! Although Dirk looks a little distressed, I still like the picture. Dane just got done eating his first dose of rice cereal. Broc and Dirk had to help!! It made for a fun and eventful first feeding for Dane. Notice the thunder thighs on my youngest. It's a wonder we had to start solids... There is no way I can keep up with this chunky monkey. I love his chubbiness. He is so much bigger than my other boys. Broc was almost 20 lbs at one year old and Dirk was almost 19 lbs at one year old. As for Dane at 4 1/2 months old he is 17 lbs 3 oz. Dane is going to catch and surpass my other two in a few months at the rate he is going lol!! I 'm thrilled that he is plenty healthy!!

My Dane

Dane loves to give kisses. He is also teething. His new favorite teething toy...Mommy!!

Does it ever Slow Down!!!

I feel like 2009 has just started. Here it is already Easter!! I feel like Broc was just born yesterday... He turns 5 on the 21st of this month and starts kindergarten this coming fall. What happened to the time!! I have recently begun to think a lot about the time we have here on earth. How it is precious, due to the fact that this is were we are allowed to build special relationships and bond with others. I recently lost a cousin and he was also the son of a dear friend of mine. He left 4 children here and a loving wife ( my cousin). It has helped me to think more and more about what is really important in this whirlwind we call life. It makes me grateful for family and good friends!! It makes me grateful to have a husband who loves me even with all of my downfalls. And that he encourages me to do the things that make me feel accomplished and needed. I'm grateful to have three beautiful, healthy children that can run and play and have the ability to get in trouble. I'm also very grateful that Heavenly Father has blessed me with a testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ, to know that my family can be forever as we live worthy of this blessing. I guess what is comes down to is... Enjoy each day and live life to it's fullest and never forget what is most important...Relationships with Jesus Christ, Heavenly Father, Family and Friends!!!

Dane hangin' out!

Dane hangin' out!
He was down to one bank of bilirubin lights so he didn't have to have his eye covers on. The patches on his face are from when he was on oxygen for a little while.
